Concerning about dentistry, when it produced the denture, it must be considered as the artificial organs. So we are making the Titanium metal plate denture (Ti-plate Denture) that is adapted gently for a living body. And it is not only about the biocompatibility but also it is made more improving about function, esthetics, setting feeling and comfortableness etc. as to an individual patient.

The Titanium plate denture that is adapted bioavailability to patient, is composed from parts of the Ti-plate, Ti-connector, retainer, resin plate (gum) and artificial tooth, so on. So that each parts of Titanium plate denture is unified and it must be functioned.

According to data of the maker, the characteristic of titanium that is the part is follows.

1) It excels in biocompatibility.

2) Specific gravity is light following aluminum in metals.

3) It is rare to feel of incongruity.

4) It is mastered and is hard to be rusted.

5) Since it does not elution within a body, there is not more anxiety of a metallic allergy

6) It is safe because there is not cytotoxic.

The Titanium metal plate is designing along the optimum structure at when the functional form is established on living body of an individual patient.

We are making metal plate by using the Titan Cascom System (Nisshin Co.) that is Titanium casting machine and it is based on the technical data under the condition that the maker guarantees.

It became to be improved more about the casting precision and the quality with characteristic of Titanium by applying this system.

And also it is regarded to improve of high-quality as necessity about functional forming of Titanium plate denture by functional pressure such as occlusal force or masticatory force and so on.

Then from the viewpoint of Dental Technician with working mate, we had communicated with the patient that was wearing and using the temporary denture by daily life. And we have been proposed the idea to be form of the confirmation. The patient, who is setting Titanium plate denture, expressed the next impressions.
